All entries must be received by e-mail to: cristina.bridges@obs.edu.pt.Entries must be submitted in digital form; you can submit images taken with a digital camera or images taken with a film-based camera and scanned into a digital format.
The title of the photo has to be sent along with the photo itself by e-mail.
